JOB OVERVIEW

The Campus Outreach Manager will cultivate relationships and manage communication with Indiana colleges, universities and companies for the Field Atlas program in addition to managing our network of amazing ambassadors on campuses across the state.

The Campus Outreach Manager enjoys people and the value of investing in a person’s growth. Sharing the agbioscience sector to new audiences requires the Campus Outreach Manager to be able to connect with people from varying backgrounds and experiences.

The Campus Outreach Manager reports to and supports the Senior Manager of Communications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Execute Field Atlas Ambassador Program

  • Build and manage the participant strategy throughout the Ambassador program lifecycle
  • Recruit exceptional and diverse candidates for the Ambassador program
  • Build ongoing relationships with past participants and current recruits that inspire them to apply and join the agbioscience sector
  • Develop and manage all participant and impact data for the Field Atlas Ambassador program
  • Manage applicant or company data and other tracking infrastructure to ensure a clean and clear data set
  • Collaborate with team members for asset creation and deployment
  • Assist in the development of funding streams/sponsorships for Field Atlas

Relationship Management with College/Universities and Employer Recruitment

  • Develop relationships with Indiana colleges and universities to promote agbioscience careers to their students though Field Atlas and the Ambassador program
  • Build relationships with agbioscience employers for Field Atlas inclusion and networking events
  • Coordinate on talent projects/events that will inspire, attract and retain employers and employees to Indiana by using Field Atlas
  • Attend career fairs/trade shows at colleges and education events for Field Atlas
  • Develop and manage reporting measures to track relationship growth and impact of Field Atlas
  • Collaborate with team members for asset creation and deployment
  • Assist in the development of funding streams/sponsorships for Field Atlas

Manage Job Board

  • Source and update Job Board on a weekly basis
  • Build relationships with Human Resource departments with agbioscience companies to use the Job Board as a scouting tool
  • Develop and manage reporting measures to track Job Board audience, growth and placement
  • Collaborate with team members for asset creation and deployment
  • Assist in the development of funding streams/sponsorships for Field Atlas

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Human Resources or related field required
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a talent and workforce recruitment and/or placement position
  • Willingness to work events falling within non-traditional hours and/or weekends
  • Able to travel throughout the state, and in rare instances throughout the country, for recruitment related events
  • Previous experience demonstrating organizational skills
  • Previous experience in project management and oversight
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
